The main responsibilities of the Parcel Sorter are: 

  • Weighing and cubing carefully to ensure correct client billing 
  • Coding all boxes manually and assisting with up keep of the coding document
  • Placing envelopes in destination-specific ropaks 
  • Assisting the team with different tasks around the
  • Assisting Forklift drivers 
  • Loading/Unloading freight
  • Sorting the packages 
  • Various warehouse duties

Job Requirements

Working conditions:

    • 1:00-2:00am Start time *flexible as needed 
    • 7-8 hour shift (35-40 hours per week) 
    • Permanent position  
    • Salary: $16.00 per hour
    • Salary revision after 1 year

Job requirements:

    • Must be able to lift 70 pounds
    • Bending/standing/twisting throughout shift 
    • Quick learner 
    • Warehouse experience an asset
