We are currently looking for a Licensed 310T/J Lead Mechanic to join our Garage team in Brampton.


Job Requirements:

  • Leading a team of mechanics on our afternoon shift  
  • Licensed 310T/J 
  • Managing internal workflow.
  • Take occassional break down phone calls from Drivers & Dispatchers 
  • Planning of the work of repair and maintenance according to the availability of the units.
  • Each day, plan schedules according to the work to be performed.
  • Update daily computer reports
  • Manage the preventive discussions respecting standards of the transport industry
  • Adhere to Government standards.
  • Complete Follow-ups with security department
  • Send repair estimates, photos and advise to Supervisor or security department when required
  • Complete daily Yard Checks / Inventory           
  • Perform mechanical various tasks
  • Attend to drivers who are in need of mechanical repair
  • Execute daily repair plan
  • Provide expertise on repairs.
  • Assist with training new employees


2:30pm to 11:00pm

Salary: Based on experience, plus shift premium
